1. Delivery and Pickup

These conditions are valid when ordering goods in the online store www.serfas.lt

 

1.1. DELIVERY

Delivery is possible to any specified address throughout Lithuania. If delivery to another country is required, the conditions are negotiated individually with the buyer and the purchase is not made through the electronic store.

 

1.2. FREE PICKUP

Free pickup is possible at UAB "Serfas" warehouse at Technikos str. 7c, Kaunas.

 

1.3. DELIVERY DEADLINES (PRELIMINARY):

1. If the product is in the UAB "Serfas" warehouse and the buyer wants to receive it on the same day, he can pick it up himself, if the buyer does not want additional services - paint toning, cutting, etc.

2. If the product is in the UAB "Serfas" warehouse, delivery time is 2-6 days. The delivery time depends on whether the buyer wants additional services - paint toning, cutting, etc.

3. If the product is in the manufacturer's warehouse, delivery time 2-21 days.

4. If the product is manufactured according to the special requirements of the buyer - the delivery time is agreed individually for each order.

5. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the delivery term may be longer than indicated above. We always inform you about any change personally by phone and/or e-mail.

 

1.4. DELIVERY OF GOODS:

1. Goods are delivered on working days from 8:00 to 17:00 to the customer's specified address or construction site, and if there is no good access for the truck or it is inadequate - to the nearest place.

2. We inform you about the planned delivery date of a specific order (except courier) by e-mail and/or phone.

3. On the day of delivery, the driver/courier will contact you before arriving time.

4. After ordering goods with different delivery dates, they can be delivered at different times and on different days - no additional fee is charged for this.

 

1.5 METHODS OF DELIVERY:

 

1.5.1. Courier

Goods up to 30 kg are unloaded/delivered to the door of the house. For goods of non-standard dimensions, this delivery method may not be applicable due to the restrictions of courier companies.

1.5.2 Truck without elevator

Unloading service is not provided - the customer takes care of unloading by itself.

 

1.5.3 Truck with elevator

If possible, we lower the loading on the ground.

If the weight of the pallet is over 500 kg, the customer or the customer's representative must help the driver to push the goods in the car.

It is not possible to lower goods weighing more than 800 kg on a single pallet and goods with a length of more than 2 meters by lift.1.5.4 Truck with lift

We unload the goods if the customer makes sure that access to the unloading place is possible and suitable. The maximum time for unloading goods is 1 hour from the arrival of the truck to the customer’s place. If it is planned to take longer, an additional fee is applied - it is necessary to inform us about the longer unloading time!

Our boom truck length is up to 6 m, height up to 8 m, crane lifting capacity 1-3 tons respectively.

There must be a slinger in the customer’s place (a person who will show you where to put the pallets and who will hang the cables from the load lowered to the ground)

If the loading is not delivered due to circumstances beyond the control of the driver, the customer must pay the transport costs.

 

2. PAYMENT METHODS

2.1. Electronic banking.

Payment can be made using the Paysera system from any bank.

2.3. Cash.

You can pay in cash only when picking up the goods at the company's warehouse at Technikos str. 7c, Kaunas.

2.4. Bank card

You can pay with a bank card only when picking up the goods at the company's warehouse at Technikos str. 7c, Kaunas.

3. WARRANTY

The following applies to goods purchased in the online store www.serfas.lt:

• guarantee according to the law of the Republic of Lithuania, which lasts 24 months from the day of purchase of the goods;

• and there may be an additional (commercial) warranty given to the product by its manufacturer.

Irrespective of the duration of the warranty specified by the manufacturer, it is possible to apply for product defects within a period of 2 years, and if the manufacturer sets a longer term, within the term specified by the manufacturer.

 

 

The warranty terms offered by each manufacturer vary, but certain requirements are common. When purchasing the product, the customer must ensure that:

• the product will be used according to its intended purpose and according to the recommendations set in the product's user manual;

• original spare parts supplied by the manufacturer will be used, as the manufacturer cannot be responsible for parts supplied by similar manufacturers.

3.1. On-site recording of loading damage 

• Before unloading the goods, they must be visually inspected in the car.

• Damage to packages or quantity discrepancies must be recorded immediately.

• If the package of the damaged product has a label, it is necessary to indicate the number of that package.

• It is necessary to indicate the violation or discrepancy in all documents accompanying the loading (in the waybill, CMR).

• All documents with marked violations or discrepancies must be signed by the Customer or his representative and the Driver - without the Driver's signature, the recording of the violation is not valid!

• All other damages that could not be seen without opening the package can be fixed within 14 days.

• Damages must also be photographed when the product is in the bronken package.

• In both cases, the customer must complete a claim.

• Photos of damaged materials and a free form claim should be sent to serfas@serfas.lt or to your personal manager.

3.2. Return conditions

30 days money back guarantee!

• Unsuitable or unsatisfied product can be returned within 30 days of its purchase to UAB “Serfas” warehouse, Technikos str. 7c, Kaunas.

• The product must be in a complete set and in its original packaging.

• When returning a product, you must present an identity document, a purchase document (receipt or invoice) and a free-form request (in which the reason for returning is indicated).

• In all cases, the money for the returned product is transferred by bank transfer and only to the payer's bank account within 7 working days from the return of the product.

• If the reason for the return is a product defect or a mistake by the seller, in that case all costs are covered by the product manufacturer or UAB “Serfas”.

Refunds are not given if:

 

- the product was made according to the customer's request by special order;

- after theorder, the goods were delivered from the factory directly to the customer’s place;

- delivery indicated on the product card:

   “Delivery/pickup 2-21 w/d.”

   “Delivery 2-6 days.”

- the product was tinted, measured, cut at the request of the customer;

- damaged product, if the product is damaged due to the customer's fault.
